Wednesday- 3 miles + shoulder workout
Thursday (today)- 4 miles
A lot of treadmill running. When it looks like this outside I have no desire to leave the comforts of my home.
New Year’s Eve we decided to have a night in. I can’t help it, I’m just a homebody. J kept us very entertained by dancing to all the New Year’s performances on TV. Seriously, he stayed up till 10pm and was not even tired by then. He just wanted to play peek a boo with dad.
I love the new year to reflect on my past goals and see what I want to do differently or continue throughout the new year. One of my big goals for 2012 was to finish a half marathon. check. I loved running my first with Whitney!
This year I’ve set some new goals. I like to break mine up into categories: family, spiritual, physical, and personal. I’ll share my fitness/physical goals with you:
Run 3 races
PR in my 10k race
Continue strength training 2-3/week
Nothing too crazy, but will still keep me reaching for something.
