Saturday- I got my 6 miles in, it was hard. J wanted ‘nacks’ (snacks) and threw a ball at me while I was running. Made my heart stop. Glad it didn’t make me trip, but need to figure out a better way to entertain him before he gets better aim.
Monday- (today) 4 miles + core cruncher
Recap of the weekend
Saturday after my run, laundry, and other household chores Josh and I decided to go out to one of our favorite places, Water Moon. We love it for several reasons:
1. it’s exactly 7 minutes from our house
2. It has the best California rolls around(which is the only Sushi I will eat)
3. We love their food
I started out with the Wonton soup, then I ordered the Japanese Bento Box that comes with a California roll, terriyaki chicken, salad, and more wontons! We also ordered an extra California roll. Unfortunately, I inhaled the rest of dinner without a pic.
Later, we wandered over to Harmon’s to find a dessert to go with our Redbox after little J went to bed. We ended up getting these.
Can you guess who’s is who’s? 99.9% Josh gets some kind of coconut dessert and I get some kind of chocolate dessert. We are creatures of habit.
Sunday we went to church and then chilled all day. Well I did, Josh had meetings. Then we ended the night with Biggest Loser, I LOVE that show!
Monday morning we had to be out of the house for an appointment by 9:30 so I got up early to get my workout in. It wasn’t for long till I had my little buddy right beside me. I did 4 easy miles but they felt really hard. Ended with a 15 min core cruncher that I followed from Nike.
