Friday- 6 miles + leg workout
I tried one of the treadmill workouts from yesterdays post called ‘Music Roulette’. It worked so well. The miles seemed to go by so much faster when I was anticipating what song was coming next. I would run at a comfortable pace during a slower song, but then I would push myself to a much faster pace during a faster song. I even ran the 6 miles about 30 sec faster than my last run. 57:40

UT just got dumped with so much snow! Poor Josh just finished getting our driveway clear of all the ice from the last snow storm, and now it’s completely covered!
I have some fun Friday (random) facts for you guys today.
1. This was the first picture I ever took of Josh.(Aug. 2009) We worked in BYU athletics for a couple of months when he invited me to go boating with him, his sister Alisha, and some friends. We still didn’t start dating till about a month later.
2. During the Spring/Summer semester of my Junior year I drove a scooter. I was ‘babysitting’ it for my cousin who moved away for the summer. I’m not going to lie, it was so much fun!
3. I graduated from BYU in Health Education and minored in PE and coaching. This was my favorite class that I taught during my student teaching. They were so wild, but respected me. They would even come and visit me during my lunch hours and tell me the funniest stories.
