Saturday- 5 miles
Friday night date night with the hubs was a success. Luckily, I didnt have to think too hard on what we would do. My SIL and BIL Whitney and Josh, got the hubs and I movie tickets and candy for Christmas.
I can’t remember the last date night that we didn’t have J with us, so it was really nice. We saw Skyfall, I really liked it. hardly any cussing, just the way I like it. We ended up all hanging out at Josh’s parents after making it a good Friday night. Thanks again Whit for babysitting=)
At the beginning of the week I set 3 goals for myself. Today is the day to see if I can check them off or not.
1. Plan a date night for me and the hubs. Check. (see above)
2. Run 30 miles.Check. I am so proud of myself for sticking to my goal. Overall, my feet feel a bit worn, but nothing painful. I definitely want to keep uping my mileage and see what I’m capable of.
3. Attempt to take J out in the snow again. Fail. I tried one day this week. I went outside and wanted to die so I didn’t even bring J out. I did however have some fun play dates with him. So even though he didn’t get to play outside, I think he had a good week.
