Monday- 6 miles, speed session
I started with a 2 mile warm up at a 10min pace. Following the warm up, I did .5 mile at a much faster(to me) pace. In between each fast .5 mile I did a slow .5 mile recovery at a 10min pace.
Here’s my faster splits:
I had a goal to run at least one .5mile under 4 minutes. I hope to see more under 4 minutes in the future.
I had my trusty running buddy with me today=)
After my run I had time, so I threw in a Nike arm definer workout.
J wanted to workout too, but kept getting distracted by his own mad break dancing skills.
