Saturday and Sunday Goals

** I want to thank Whitney for doing a fabulous job on my new banner!

Saturday the hubs had to work all day so I tricked my friends into hanging out with me with some yummy cocoa. They eventually had to leave, something like they had to go to work or meetings so I was left doing the chores I had put off all week.

(old picture)Amanda was not there yesterday but Courtney and Liz were=)

Before the hubs got home J and I ran to Kneaders to get some dinner and dessert. We love Kneaders and their fresh menu. J was just a bit excited about riding in daddy’s car and having his car seat front facing.

Josh’s cousin and his family stopped by for a bit. It’s always nice to catch up and J loved having friends over. They were all playing and had no time to stop for a picture, so here’s one of them at the zoo this past summer together.

After, we dove into our dinner.  The last delicious bite of the fruit tart I got for dessert. Josh was glad to come home to a clean house and good food.

The boys hung out and watched Cinderella while I tackled the mountain of clothes to be folded.

Sunday Weekly Goals

1. Eat more vegetables

2. Finish my book, “Dare, Dream, Do” by Whitney Johnson

3. Get one double-digit run in

What are your goals for the week?

Ever eaten at Kneaders? Did you like it?

What did you do Saturday night?

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.

  1. I am OBSESSED with Kneaders. The samples they put out are enough to get me in the door and then they make you stand in line in front of that delicious dessert case… I don’t know how anyone leaves there with just a sandwich.

  2. Great goals for the week! My goals are to eat balanced, healthy meals and to get some great workouts in-Look forward to seeing how yours go 🙂
