This weekend has been such a great weekend. Friday I happened to be catching up with my sister Leah when she mentioned her and her husband were going out to eat in Salt Lake(right in the middle of where we both live) so we decided to meet up. We rarely get to do this, so it was so fun. J even got to come=)
Saturday we had a lot of errands to run(with the rest of the world) but it was so beautiful out I didn’t even mind. We even decided to get some Jamba because we needed to celebrate the sun being out. I always get the Mango a go-go, so tasty!
Today we’re going to church and then we’re having dinner at my sister Leah’s house with my other sister Neeley and my brother Jordan and his family who are visiting. I love Sunday family dinners=)
I’m so excited that I finally get to check all 3 goals off this week. It rarely happens that I accomplish all my goals.
I had 3 great workouts involving weights. 2 were Nike Training Club app. workouts and 1 was one I made.
I wanted to run over 30 miles, I was able to run 35! That’s huge for me. I’m not sure if I can do it a second week, but I think I’m going to take this next week easier and just run what I feel.
J and I got to see our friends again this week since he’s healthy again. We had a great time decorating cookies, and visiting Brittany and her new baby=)
Goals for the week of 2/17-23
1. Do 3 workouts focusing on core
2. If the weather stays nice, have a play date outside with J
3. Find and make a new yummy healthy recipe for dinner
