Monday(yesterday)- 5 miles + arm workout
A couple of weeks ago my left leg(towards my hip) was sore. I took days off or cross trained on the bike. Last week I felt fine, but again during yesterday’s run I felt it again. I’ve put just about 550 miles on my current shoes and I usually put about 500 before I get a new pair. Other than that, I’m not sure why it hurts. Since I’m racing next weekend I’m going to take it easy this week so it can heal.
Yesterday was one of those days
Not everything went well, but I just felt like it was a really good day. For instance, I went through the entire line at the grocery store, had all my items bagged and realized I didn’t have my debit card. Still can’t find it anywhere, drove home, searched the house, nowhere=( My day got better though.
I’m sure it had to do with the wonderful weather. After our dinner J brought Josh his shoes and wanted to go outside.We had Hawaiian Haystacks for din din(is this just a UT thing?)
We all went out and enjoyed a little vitamin d.
Josh took his bike out for a spin for the first time this season and J loved watching him.
He also loved finding the rocks=)
Later that night my cousin McKae came over. I always have fun with my cousins and I’m so glad she came over, we had some great talks!
