Monday- 4.13 miles + 8 min abs + 15 min shoulder workout
During yesterdays workout I had a great aha moment. I always seem to have those while I’m running, but yesterday it’s one I hope will stick. I just kept upping my speed on the treadmill and it felt great. I usually start my treadmill runs at a 6.2mph and just go between that and a 6.5. Not yesterday, I was at a 7.0 and it felt just fine! I just need to believe in my abilities. Not too long ago a 7.0 made me feel like I was going to die or that my legs were just going to fall off and hit the wall behind me. I’m glad I can see improvements and I hope I will keep working hard.

I hope everyone had a great Monday. I caught up on laundry as always and even snuck up to Salt Lake to see my mom just one last time. She was getting her hair did, my dad’s got one hot wife!
Then we were invited to my friends open house. I’m sad that they moved away from us, but happy that they’re finally in a home that’s big enough for them and all their fun parties they throw.
