**Thanks so much for all the advice and encouragement yesterday, you guys are the best. I now have a lot more to think about, but that’s a good thing. I’m excited for what’s in store this summer=)
Wednesday- 6 total, 3 miles with Brittany, 3 on my own + shoulder workout
Yesterday’s run was really hot (like make my face really red), but Brittany and I were both feeling really great. I continued to feel good after so I kept running and wanted to see if I could hold a faster pace for 3 miles. According to Mapmyrun app, my second 3 miles splits were 8:30, 8:05<–feelin really good, 8:30. I’m happy with those results.
We took our lunch to the water park with some friends. J is in love with watermelon. If there’s watermelon on his plate he won’t eat anything else and demand more watermelon.
Last night we tried a new restaurant in our area. It’s called Terriyaki Boys. I’m always on the look out for a good terriyaki place that can bring me back to my hometown of Seattle. This was not the place, but it wasn’t bad for what we paid.
