Wednesday- 3 miles on the treadmill + 8 min abs + arm definer workout
I started the run with a dynamic stretching video to warm up my muscles. I’m hoping by doing that I can prevent future injuries. After the 3 mile run I did this 8 min ab video. It has ridiculous music, but it hurts so good.
I also did 2 rounds of these arm workouts with 8lb weights.
Unfortunately, my leg soreness has returned. I think it might have something to do with soccer? I only play one soccer game a week, but I’m not sure what else could be doing it. I’m pretty bummed=(

Yesterday morning J and I headed outside in our PJ’s to enjoy the fresh air. It’s so nice in the morning because it’s not super hot just yet. He found a rollie pollie bug for the first time and wanted to watch it’s every move.
Later in the day we met up with one of Josh’s really good friend all growing up. They live in Georgia and we’re in UT so we haven’t seen them since we got married( 3 years ago). It was so fun to chat and J found a new friend.
