Thursday- 3 miles on treadmill + shoulder workout + 8 min abs
I did these 5 workouts 2 times through with a 5lb weight.
I started my workout with some more dynamic stretching. It sounds like a lot of you do that before running, why did it take me so long to jump on that train?? I also followed my workout with a lot of stretching and foam rolling the side of the back of my knee.
The stretching before and after my workout has helped me feel sooo much better. Who knew?

J found a train bike and wouldn’t get off it for anything or anyone. Not even for lunch, so I may a ‘drive up seat’ for him to eat at.
That night my parents and grandpa came to visit us. This was the first time my grandpa from Seattle has seen our house. J had fun showing him all around and even showing him that he was wearing shoes=)
