Monday- stationary bike 7.15 miles + 8 min abs + arm workout
It felt really good on the bike yesterday. My leg didn’t give me any troubles and I actually worked up a sweat. Following the bike I did abs and then 7 min power arm workout where I did 7 different arm exercises for 1 min. I try and do as many reps as I can leaving my arms feeling like jello! It’s great if you’re in a time crunch.
1. while you are reading this I’m probably at my doctor appointment. I finally made an appointment to go see a sports medicine dr. so I hope I have some answers on my sad leg=(
2. Yesterday I went to the water park with family. It was really hot out, but we had a good time. J and I enjoyed some oranges. (quite possibly the creepiest photo I have ever posted of myself on here, enjoy!)
3. When J gets out of the bath and he’s wrapped in his towel it’s my favorite. And for just a sec he looks like a baby again, so cute.
