Tuesday- 7.75 miles on stationary bike + 2 rounds of the below exercises (w/ 5lb weight) + arm workout

Shoes that wear multiple hats
Odd title I know, but I’ve been thinking about my shoes a lot. Yep, my good ol’ running shoes. I miss running in them everyday and it’s even weird for me to think about how much I used to run. I feel like I’ve lost a lot of my running strength. On the other hand, I’ve really loved what my body is still capable of doing. And you know what? Your running shoes can double as. . .
biking shoes. Talking to your sister on the phone really makes the time fly.Yesterday I had only planned to do a short warmup and ended up going almost 8 miles on the bike while talking to my sis. I talk to my sisters or my mom daily. Sometimes multiple times a day. I love our conversations.
soccer shoes. I love the friendships I’ve made through soccer. Monday night I made my first goal of the season and it was so fun. I love laughing and getting pumped up with music. Nothing like a little competition=)
I go in today to get x rays on my legs. They’ll measure my legs and see exactly how much longer my left leg is so they can make my shoe insert. I hope the insert works wonders and I’m back to running. Until then, my running shoes will wear different ‘hats’ and become my ‘active’ shoes=)

I love Wednesday’s because Josh works from home. It’s always
fun to have him around during the day, I’m sure we’re more of a distraction though. Oh and just to share another photo of Powell with you, these boys are the cutest!
