Saturday-3 miles, 9:55 pace hotel treadmill
The weekend started off great with a birthday lunch with a my good friend Katie. I love getting together and chatting, she’s too kind to me. The kids entertained themselves with rocks after lunch when we weren’t finish chattin it up=)
Later on I met up with Josh who had booked a hotel up in Park City for my birthday. He’s always been so good at making me feel special. We love coming up here and having ourselves a little getaway. Recap will be coming tomorrow, for now let’s talk about our weekly goals!

*Can I just take a sec and say how happy I am that I was able to run this week?? You guys, I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to run, I’m making sure I am smart about it so I never have to take that much time off again!
I need to apologize to myself for not being consistent with my goals lately. I’m getting back on track today.
1. Do all my stretching before and after my workouts. It’s amazing how much better I feel when I remember to do that.
2. It’s that time again to cool down on the treats. Only one a day this week.
3. Get outside for at least one run, take in the final days of summer.
