Jam packed day and I met the bachelor!

Friday- 3.36 miles on stationary bike + arms/abs workout

I love Fridays just as much as everyone else. This Friday started out with a text from my SIL asking if J and I wanted to meet her at the petting  farm. I was so glad because it got me out of all the boring chores and laundry I should’ve been doing. J had a blast with Cal and all the animals.

Later my SIL’s and sis Bree went shopping at the outlets to help Bree and Alisha find some new Sunday dress outfits. They scored at The Loft where I got my skirts at, but they got their skirts and a dress for $7 each!

After dinner we headed to my neighbors house for dessert. J and her daughter get along so well. We had fun chatting and letting the kids play.

Since it was so close to where we live, Alisha and I dragged Josh and J along to see if we could join the hype. We ended up being right where they stopped to film a short segment and got to take pictures with him. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to turn the flash on soon enough(stupid new update) and all I got was this photo of me in disgust because he was so sweaty. Fun times. . .

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.

  1. That is so cool that you met the bachelor! And I have never run in an electric run either because it is usually so expensive. I have always thought it would be fun though!

  2. You met Juan Pablo???? Lucky girl!! 😉

  3. Oh my gosh- I cannot WAIT for this to air next year so I can look for you in the crowd!! That is so exciting!! I’ve never really met a celebrity but I have a goal of seeing one in “the wild” out and about NYC. We’ll see if it happens!

  4. Oh how fun! I met Tinsley from the Bachelor this summer at Fitbloggin and hung out with Cuba Gooding Jr. in his suite one time in Vegas. Obviously pre-kids and a girls trip 🙂 I did an electric run a few months ago and it was fun but sort of dangerous. Lots of people and darkness running don’t go to well together. Fun though!
