Saturday- 7 miles, 10:13 avg pace +abs/arm workout
I was nervous for this run because my legs have just felt so tired/achy. I told myself to just go out there and run it as slow as I wanted. It was hard to have everyone pass me, but I’m glad I stuck to my plan. By the last 2 miles my knees and hip were pretty sore, but they are feeling 80% better after stretching and foam rolling.
I did this arm workout, I got from Karina. She is the cutest mom/wife and has the nicest arms! Her and I worked at BYU together but she has since moved out of UT=(
After my run I found the best re-fuel. I was craving Subway the whole last mile. I love how jammed pack with veggies and protein(if you get meat) it is. It’s exactly what my body wanted/needed.
Last night was my college’s rival game: BYU vs UT and we got hooked up with some tickets and took Josh’s family with us. All the guys sat together and then all the girls sat together. It was so fun to head down there and go to a game. I haven’t been to a game in over 2 years! Unfortunately, BYU lost=( My lil sis Bree watched J which was so nice! It was a late game, so I def owe her.
Before the game, I got to babysit my friend Katie’s sweet little girl. I was in heaven! She is the cutest, most precious little thing=)
All in all, it was a great Saturday!
