Wednesday- 5 miles trail run + arms/ab workout
I’m going to call this my first real trail running experience. I wrote about a 3 miler I did a couple weeks ago but it does not compare. Josh is home on Wednesday so I waited until it was light out and headed to the trails.

It started out just like any other run, but then it got brutal. There were so many hills and it just kept inclining. My neighbor warned me of this but I don’t think she warned me it would kick my trash. Not to mention all the dogs barking at their fences(the trail goes behind homes). Every dog bark would give me a mini heart attack. I finally made it to the top and took a breather.
Then I realized I had to get down. I shuffled down and didn’t fall once, it was a miracle!
I loved all the beautiful scenery(the pics don’t do it any justice). I love hard workouts that leave me sore. I’ll def be running the trails again in attempts to beat my time=)
When I got home J had a skype date with his cousin C. Seriously, these two are just the cutest!
Later that night, I helped my sister throw a mini Halloween dance for a few of the youth at her church. It was my first gig ever, just call me DJ Sharsti. Watch out Josh, I may take over DJing from now on. But seriously, I was really proud of myself haha(really great picture, I know)
