My parents are here!!!

Workout

Friday- 5 miles on stationary bike + mini arm/core work

I’m was hoping to rest my legs a bit before today’s run(hopefully running as you read this).

I’m just glad nothing tragic happened for biking in my yoga pants(that I’ve never done yoga in).

20131004-150239.jpgMe and J ran to the store to pick up a few items for the weekend. This weekend is a big deal because it’s conference weekend! Which also means my parents are here!!! I’m having a bunch of my family members over for dinner tonight(20+ people) and I’m a bit nervous. I hope I know how to make enough food.

While we were at the store J saw this pumpkin for a $1. We got it and I put some candy corn in it if he said trick or treat. Now he thinks every time he says he get’s candy, smarty pants.

20131004-150219.jpgSince it was football Friday, I made the most healthy pizza…as long as you didn’t eat any of it. Bacon, ranch, tomato pizza and my cheese helper=)

20131004-160059.jpgAfter stuffing my face I took J to Salt Lake City to see my parents. Some of my sisters were there too. It was a late night and so much fun. J was so excited to see his grandparents, but most of the pics turned out way too dark.

Do you still like dressing up for Halloween?

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.
