Workout

Thursday- 3.5 miles on stationary bike + arm workout

I finally did my arm workout I’ve been wanting to do all week. They will definitely be sore due to lack of previous exercise ha

We woke up to a raining overcast morning. Being a Seattle girl at heart I absolutely loved it! Me and J took the opportunity to bake some banana muffins. Perfect for a morning indoors.

Later that night Mckae and I headed to my SIL’s house for a book party. It was a lot of fun and I got J a dinosaur book he’ll love. No pictures, but I enjoyed cocoa and cookies too, def a fun night=) I’m thinking of hosting a book party, would anyone be interested?

Weekend plans?

Anyone carving pumpkins yet?

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.

What kind of book party? just kid books? I’d love to go to one, I’m a HUGE book lover, and I hope to pass that on to Ford. 🙂
