Tuesday- 5 miles on stationary bike +arm/leg workout
I didn’t get my workout in until later in the evening. Who am I these days? I’m a die hard early morning person, but lately I’ve been okay letting it wait till later. Anyways, I rode the stationary bike today but needed to get dinner ready, so I incorporated some arm exercises while riding my bike.
I used really light weight weights and during the entire 15 min workout I moved my arms. I did bicep curls, arm extensions, overhead tricep dips, and arm presses. It was enough to get my heart rate up and get in a great arm workout while doing cardio. After I did a quick set of lunges and squats and called it good.
J wanted to do some weights too. . .
Oh, and I can’t forget stretching. Just because I’m not injured anymore doesn’t mean I can stop stretching to prevent it! This is one of my fav stretches.

Even earlier in the day I made my way to the Apple Store again. I was frustrated with my phone but the guy who helped me was great. He replaced my phone! I thought my warranty was up, but guess what? I had 3 days left! I am so lucky! They even had my phone but it was the last one in stock. I would show you a cute pic of J playing at the Apple Store but they wiped my phone, so no pic.
