Short sleeves and sick days

We woke up Sunday and were all feeling great! Josh gave J a hair cut and then we started getting ready for church. J loves his bubble baths.

20131020-173443.jpgWe made it to church with sometime to spare so of course I asked Josh to take our pic. It was seriously the most gorgeous fall day out. I think I am officially in love with fall. I even got to wear short sleeves!

Shortly after church started J started to feel pretty warm again. I didn’t want him to get anyone sick in his church class so we took him home. And then we snuggled, I love when he just wants to be close to me and play with hair while he lays on my shoulder.

20131020-173519.jpgHe took a great nap and woke up with an appetite. I hope today is the last day he has a fever, but I guess this fever/cold has been going around the neighborhood.

What are you most looking forward to this week?

I’m so excited for my half on Saturday and running with friends this week. I’m feeling motivated=)

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.
