Thursday- 3 miles on the treadmill + core workout
I even dressed festive for Halloween on my run=)
Happy November! I can’t believe how fast these months are flying by. I tried to make yesterday special. It’s hard when you lack any kind of creativity haha I made ‘pumpkin pancakes’ for J. . . I put banana slices as eyes and chocolate chips for a smile. No pic because it turned out that great;)
My neighbor hosted a Halloween play group yesterday morning. J had a great time with the kids and loved the pumpkin spice muffins the host made.
We came home, ate lunch, and both took a nap. J was out for almost 3 hours! He hasn’t been taking great naps lately, I’m so glad he finally took advantage of it. As soon as he was up we were out the door to grandma’s house.
Pumpkin shaped pizza from Papa Murphy’s, salad, soup, and dessert pizza. This was my first plate, I followed it with a bowl of each soup(taco and butternut squash).
These two were so entertaining! J’s cousin was all about knocking the doors, striking up conversation with each person, saying trick or treat and then sprinting to the next house. J, on the other hand, followed slowly behind him quietly taking candy haha
It was a late night and we all had so much fun. I LOVE this time of year, it’s magical.
what’s your favorite Halloween candy?
Reese’s, snickers, take 5, anything with chocolate and peanut butter
