Friday- 2 miles on treadmill+ arm workout
Yesterday morning was spent cleaning the house and doing everything I had put off all week. I think I had a sugar coma so it took me awhile to get going. Glad I got a little something in to start November off right!
Have you heard about the Runovember? I heard about from the Skinny Chick Blog and there is a link to it on this post. There aren’t any awards, the point is to run 30 miles in 30 days, basically get up and move everyday! I’m definitely on board=)
I’m also excited about this year’s Pile on the Miles over on Run Eat Repeat. I loved doing it last year and yesterday was the first check in(you make a goal for November and then check in periodically on Run eat Repeat at a chance to win some prizes and to stay accountable). I hope you join and get motivated to workout more=)
Yesterday I headed up North to say goodbye to my SIL and her family before they leave UT on their move to WA. We had a lot of fun snacking on Halloween candy and enjoying the beautiful weather!
