Tuesday- 3 miles on treadmill(POM: 11/60 miles) + lots of stretching
I’m still really sore from the leg workout I did on Monday. After yesterday’s slow run, I spent some time stretching. This is one of my favorite stretches for my tooshie.
J felt like running with me so who put on my Brooks and ran around beside me.
On a random note, I got an email saying the Haunted Half race pics were up. I find a couple, this one is my favorite=)
Anyways, back to the important point of this post. Red Velvet Cupcakes! Last night the girls in my youth group got to dress up and show off what they’ve been working on this year. We invite their parents to come, and each girl talks a bit about a project they’ve been working on from their book Personal Progress.
I was in charge of the dessert committee and I made these.
They were so simple and delicious. My MIL made them for the family a couple of weeks ago and they were a hit. The dessert table did not disappoint.
