Monday- 3.5 miles with Jessica outside
It was so beautiful out! We both ended up wearing way more layers than we needed to so we stuck our extras in our mailbox. I’m loving the actual fall weather here in UT.
Laundry day= random workout attire, yoga capris and an over sized race shirt
After our run, J was still asleep so I did a quick 15 min arm workout. I used the Nike Training Club app again and this workout is no joke. My arms are so sore! I did 3 rounds of the following moves with no breaks!
My SIL Whitney came over in the morning and it was so fun. We headed over to the outlets to see if we could find anything for her baby for our Santa pics on Saturday. I can’t wait to see how the boys do=) Oh, in case you’re wondering what the mall looks like from a toddler’s perspective, J stole my phone and took this.
After J’s nap we headed to the grocery store. I was picking out fruits and veggies and J kept pointing to the carrots. I told him I put some baby ones in the cart, but he insisted on a big one. So, I bought one big carrot. He worked on the for a good hour and loved it! Such a funny kid. . .
All in all it was a great start to the week. I even went to bed early, like I fell asleep at 7:30, woke up at 8:30 and was back to bed by 9.
