The shoulder: why I love it

Workout

Rode on Stationary bike: 7.5 miles, my quad is still not feeling 100%, so the bike it was

I even did some foam rolling after until this guy thought it was funny to join in=)

After biking I did this shoulder workout from NTC. I did the following exercises 3 times.

20131119-173922.jpgI love the shoulder workout because it’s the muscle in the arm that really defines your muscles. I know what you’re thinking, what am I looking at in the below picture? Well, that would be my arm muscle that I’m super proud of. It’s taking me a long time, but before you know it, I’ll look like the girl on the above picture=)

20131119-173938.jpgAfter, I made me and J a smoothie with fruit, greek yogurt, slim fast, milk, and spinach. It was pretty tasty. I did work at Jamba Juice through college. . .

Then we headed out to play in the leaves and walk around The District(strip mall) by our house. I love playing with my buddy and doing simple things.

I ended the night on a date with Josh at the movie theater. We watched the Book Thief (we signed up to preview movies) and it was really good!

Seen any good movies lately?

What’s your favorite way to watch a movie? at home or at the movie theater?

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.
