Treadmill Tuesday: Run By 2’s
This workout is great for practicing endurance. It can also be tailored to beginner or advanced runners.
To make it more challenging, my ‘faster’ and ‘jog’ pace went up by 2 every time. This workout really helps the time fly on the treadmill. I was constantly thinking about the time goal I was currently on, “I just have 6 min at this pace” and so on. This could be great for beginners, just substitute the ‘jog’ for ‘walk’.
The rest of the day I was go go go! J peed through his diaper last night(he’s done it a couple times before) and I finally made my way to Ikea to get a mattress protector.
* If your child spills something or pees on a mattress with no protector try pouring baking soda on the wet area. Let it soak it all up, then vacuum the baking soda up(ideally you just get a $12 protector from Ikea;)*
I tried a new hair do on J today, one that my sisters do on their boys. I’m not sure I did it right haha
