Saturday I got to sleep in a bit and decided not to workout in the morning. I had to be at the church early because I was helping with our Christmas party. I was hoping to get a workout in sometime, but it just didn’t happen, oh well!
The Christmas party went well, there were a few hiccups, but everyone had a fun time. The food was delicious, it was catered from Apple Spice Junction.
After the Christmas party I headed to my friend Courtney’s new house. Her and her husband did a wonderful job on the inside, but I forgot to take any pics. In fact, I totally lost track of time and was there over 3 hours! I love chatting with these girls. (old pic, Amanda couldn’t make it this time)
Court made the best cocoa I’ve ever had, Buddy the Elf would be proud;)
I forgot to share with you guys the Santa pictures my aunt did for me and for my SIL Whit. She is amazing. Every pic is Photoshopped with J in it because he was terrified of Santa. So amazing!
Last Weeks Goals
1. Get in a 5 mile run-check
2. One sweet a day since I failed last week-half check, I did better. .
3. Get 2 strength training workouts-check
1. Eat more fruits and veggies in each meal
2. 3 core workouts
