Tuesday- 3 miles on treadmill .5-1% incline + NTC Leg workout
I started feeling pretty gross on Monday, sore throat and body aches so I chilled most of the night. Josh was awesome and wrestled with J (literally wrestled, it’s J’s favorite) for an hour! Luckily, yesterday morning I felt great!
After my run, I did this leg workout. Last week I could only handle 1 set, this time I finished the whole 15 min workout. Those jump squats are killer.
I had to run a bunch of errands again and J was such a trooper! This is what I pack to get us through 3 hours of shopping.
We went to 6 stores and we didn’t have any meltdowns. I give him a snack once we get to a new store, and I bought him a little light up light saber because he was awesome all day! We also got some yummy crab dip at Costco, I love their samples.
After dinner I drove some of the girls from my church group around while they did a scavenger hunt with other groups. It was fun, and they got to pick up canned goods for those that don’t have a Christmas dinner during the scavenger hunt. One house gave a huge frozen turkey! All the food filled the dinner table, it was so amazing.
And I gotta leave you with this because he’s just too cute, J wanted to take a pic with a toy in his mouth. He thought he was so funny=)
