Sunday started out the best way possible, snuggling in bed with my boys watching Mickey’s Christmas.
After church J was so excited because he got a reindeer candy cane from his teacher.
Not the healthiest dinner, but it was delicious!
Time to set some goals!
Last Week Goals
1. Eat more fruits and veggies-check. I was super conscious and tried to eat a fruit or veggie with every meal. Cutie oranges are sooo good right now.
2. Get a tempo run in-check.
3. Get 3 core workouts in-fail.
1. Do 3 core workouts(makeup from last week)
2. Eat whatever I want on Christmas, but the rest of the week eat 80% healthy 20% whatever
3. Enjoy the week of family, my parents get in TODAY!!!!
