Saturday- 1 mile warm up on treadmill + NTC workout
This was a new to me workout on Nike Training Club, and I could feel it! I love workouts that make me feel like jello after.
That afternoon my sister Bree came over. We did our nails and chatted but I mostly snuggled with this little guy.
That night we went out for a celebratory dinner(we payed Josh’s car off). We had Thai food again, different place, but no pic. After dinner, we returned some things at Nordstrom Rack and J found a new winter coat. He’s feeling fancy.
Last Week Goals(2 weeks ago I’m late)
1. Do 3 core workouts-check
2. Eat whatever I want on Christmas, the rest of the week eat 80% healthy, 20% whatever-fail, I ate chocolate for dayysss!
3. Enjoy the week with family-check
1. Run one 5-6 mile run
2. Do 3 strength training workouts
