Tuesday- 4 mile run on treadmill @ 1% incline
My running mojo is back! I was slacking last week and just went with the flow. This week I’m craving hard, fun workouts. It makes me feel too happy and it’s definitely welcomed back.
1 mile warm up
3 min at 6.2mph
4 min at 6.4mph
5 min at 6.6mph
and back down.
Yesterday we were running all over. I did my grocery shopping, and then we delivered some cookies to our neighbors. I knew if they were in the house they would make their way into my belly. I’m trying so hard this week to get back on track.
So, instead of 15 cookies I had this little parfait(Greek yogurt, frozen berries, and granola).
Every time I get the camera out J wants me to take his pic. I love it! Eating his cookie after his lunch=)
Later on, I had the girls I teach at church come over for a movie night. We watched Despicable Me 2 and I made a bunch of white chocolate popcorn(with J’s help of course).
The girls out did me with all the candy and treats they brought(J needed to be right in the middle of all ‘da gurls’). Such a fun night!
Favorite popcorn flavor?
I love the Homestyle popcorn, just enough salt but not too salty
