Friday- 4 miles on treadmill + booty workout
After reading Abs of Steel’s workout on 1 mile repeats I wanted to give it a try. I only did 1 mile at my race pace but, surprisingly, I felt great! Sometimes I get so stuck in the same ol’ pace and I just need a push or inspiration to go a little faster. After I did the following exercises 3 times.
Since J is still coughing and has a runny nose I put him in a sweat suit for the day. The thought of jeans when you’re sick makes me cringe. He added his (over sized) ‘cowboy boots'(that’s what he calls them) to make the whole outfit really work.
Most of the day all he wanted to do was watch TV in my bed with his Ninja Turtle blanket, binky(he normally only gets it when he sleeps), and Josh’s tablet(sorry Josh). Hey, when you’re sick, you can have whatever you want.
