I love Monday workouts because Sunday is my rest day and I’m always ready to bring all I’ve got to a new week. I always think of the quote, ” Get at it” and then it reminds of the one time I tried a hash tag on Instagram. . .#getatit doesn’t work so well in hash tag form haha
Let’s move onto Sunday.
Yesterday we went to church and J was a crazy boy all day. He doesn’t get a nap on Sundays since church starts at 1, and you would think that would make him tired. Nope, I think it makes him a little more crazy. His Christmas gifts have been such a life saver because they keep him pretty busy.
I may have gotten a little out of hand with his gel, don’t judge.
After church Josh had meetings, so J and I sat on the floor and looked out the window at the hang gliders. UT’s air has finally cleared up and it’s beautiful(cold, but beautiful).
Later, we met up at my MIL’s house for Sunday dinner. It was delicious and the boys ran around together and got all of their energy out. They were pretending to talk to each other on the phone. All the running around, play doh, and screaming worked because J was knocked out by the time we got home.
I’m excited for a new week and some new goals!

1. Eat more veggies. My SIL got a juicer for Christmas and made me a veggie juice last night. I about died, it was disgusting because it was full of veggies, so I decided I need to eat more veggies and learn to like them ha.
2. Write in my journal twice.
3. Remember to fill water bottles in the morning to drink throughout the day

Sounds like a great Sunday! Great goals this week, I love to eat my veggies raw, but this winter I have been eating a lot of veggie soup to stay warm!

Haha I have a hard time with veggies too! I get a CSA box with 8 veggies in it every week (enough for 3-4 servings of each veggie) which forces me to cook and eat them every day or I’d probably get 2 servings a week. It really helps, and then I get some fruit in smoothies so I’m maybe at half of what I should be.
That’s so cool that you can get that ix though, that would help a lot!

the first time I tried to hash tag something I didn’t realize that the words couldn’t have spaces between them, one of my many technology fails. I usually like to eat veggie sticks, or I’ll throw some spinach in a fruity blender drink.

haha you know I heart my #hashtags…my favorite ways to eat veggies is just to eat them! I like them any kind of way though really.
Your hashtag…hahaha!! Too funny! Hmm…I like to work veggies into my sandwiches and then make sure I’m at least having one with dinner.

I need to be better about drinking water as well. And I’m really not big on juicing. I love vegetables but something about mixing them all together in a juice totally makes me gag.
I thought I would love the juice but maybe I’m like you and don’t like them mixed ha
Haha! I’ve gotten out of control with the gel on my sons hair too. If he were to hold still it might be a little easier ;-/ Sounds like a great Sunday and awesome goals!
