Wednesday- 4 miles on treadmill
I started out watching Teen Mom, but I could only handle it for 2 minutes. Seriously, way too much drama!! I resorted to my tunes and did a mini progression run. I increased the speed by .1 every .5 mile.
I’m learning to just go with the flow like I mentioned the other day. If my morning is crazy I’m not going to stress about my workout. I’m not currently training for anything so I’m trying hard to just relax.
Sorry for being MIA yesterday, it’s been a crazy(good) week. Here’s some of my favorites/happenings:)
Having a mid-morning movie date with my lil man. He loves the movie Brave and we both love popcorn so it was success!
We had to run to the store for some extra things this week and when he was picking out his sticker he said, “Here mom, your favorite!” He picked out an elephant in my favorite color, purple. He melts my heart!
For a church activity we got together (just women) and learned how to make Manicotti. It was so easy. We’re all taking a pan home to freeze and when someone has a baby or needs help in our neighborhood we have a dinner to bring. It was a lot of fun.
