Friday- 4 miles on treadmill + leaner legs NTC workout
Sheesh, I haven’t worked out my legs in awhile and I am FEELING it! DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) is real and boy does it make me walk funny ha!
Wanted to do a slow run to help with the DOMS. After I did a great shoulder workout. This exercise was killer!
One of my favorites rooms in the new house is my good ol’ treadmill’s room. There’s even a door I crack open when it gets hot. Ah, I’m getting so excited to just be in there already!
My little sister Bree came over Saturday afternoon and watched J so we could get some more errands done and to celebrate Josh’s bday. It was so nice to be out on a date, just the 2 of us. We got a couples massage, we both loved it!
After we got Johnny Rockets. It was really good. 2 hamburgers in 1 week? I’d better keep up those killer workouts. . .
It has been a wonderful productive weekend. Today we’re going to church and celebrating Josh’s bday with his family. Hope you’re having a great relaxing Sunday!
