Wednesday- 4.13 miles with Heather outside
It was so windy out, I think the wind carried me and Heather most of the way ha It felt really good to be outside though so wind or not, it was great!
One of my favorite things to drink right after a run is chocolate milk. Yesterday I drank a BIG glass, sooo good! I remember when I first started running I read about all the benefits of chocolate milk.

I also remember when I was training for my first half marathon with my SIL Whitney we ran our 10 miler in Zion’s National Park. During the last couple of miles of our run I was going on and on about how I brought chocolate milk for us to drink as soon as we were done. I never explained to her why I brought chocolate milk. . . needless to say, she thought I was crazy haha
After drinking my chocolate milk I found J tried on my gloves and ear warmer and ran around the kitchens yelling, “running, running!”
I’m still packing and organizing over here, sorry so boring. Today we had to clean out under our deck. We had a bunch of firewood. I even asked on FB if anyone wanted it, I guess a free jogging stroller is more appealing. . .
Bree found some use out of it, she made a cute fake fire for her cub scouts=)
