HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!
Thursday- 3 miles on treadmill + abs
I took Janae’s advice and spiced up my treadmill workout with pick up’s. Mine was on a much smaller scale than hers since I’m working on strength training this winter and not building mileage. Like Janae, I would run for 45 seconds at a slightly faster pace, and then run for 45 seconds to recover.

I know a lot of you are having a snowpocalypse, but here in UT we had a sneak peak into Spring. We soaked up all we could by riding bikes, going on a walk, and enjoying being out of the house.
Then it started raining, so we made Valentine banana chocolate chip muffins(Valentine because the muffin cups were pink=))
Then I saw this on Pinterest. . .really? I mean it does look like the most comfiest outfit ever so I won’t argue with that. Please explain to me how this is high fashion and my yoga pants aren’t.
