Monday- 5 miles on treadmill
Ahh, I really needed that run! I haven’t ran over 4 miles in prob 2 or 3 months? We’re moving into your new house this week and Josh had yesterday off from work. So, while I got in some miles, he took J to get doughnuts. J was so thrilled to be getting doughnuts with dad, so cute.
I took a good chunk of time stretching after my workout. Stretching is just as important as the workout. I’ve learned that if I want to stay injury free, I do dynamic stretching before, and more stretching after each workout.
Don’t mind those boxes in the background ha. Yesterday we spent the whole day packing. We’re just about done. The rest of the week I’m going to be at the new house cleaning and painting. I can’t wait to show you guys more pics! Until then, here’s a boring pic of all the boxes in what used to be our front room.
**Packing tip I came up with: I didn’t want to take everything out of and pack all my bathroom bins, so I used some Suran wrap(it’s even festive) and covered the bins so nothing would fall out. I’ll let ya know how that works out. . .
Since most of the day J spent running around us and ‘helping’ us clean, we asked him what he wanted to do the rest of the night. He said he wanted fries, I know, doughnuts and fries in one day? Well there is a saying. . .YOLO haha We went to Chili’s cuz I had a coupon and gift cards, score!
