This weekend was so nice! The weather, church, and a much needed rest day made it the perfect weekend.
I haven’t been running much lately because I was painting my cabinets from morning to night ha but I’m ready to get back on track. I did get a 3 miler in on the treadmill last week, and that’s about it. It was brutal, I felt crappy because I’ve been eating crappy and not running. And yes, I wore my pj’s running because I didn’t need any more excuses not to run, so I just had to lace up my shoes and go!

This weekend Josh and I tackled our backyard. No one has lived here for a long time so there was soooo many leaves and junk back there. Now you can see the grass and I cleaned out this cute sand box. It’s still not pretty back here, but I’ve got plans.
This has been mine and J’s favorite snack lately. Love it!
We got to go to my sister Leah’s house. I usually go once a week to play with my sisters, but I haven’t been able to go in like a month! J had the biggest smile the whole time, he loves his cousins.
Sunday we went to church, had dinner with Josh’s parents, and then watched shows on Netflix(we just got streaming and it’s the best thing ever!)
Today I’m getting back on track with my goals.
1. Run 4 times this week
2. 2 Strength training days
3. Only one treat a day
