Workout
Wednesday- 3 miles outside
It was gorgeous out yesterday morning. The snow was gone, and the sun was out. I don’t think there’s a better feeling than starting your day with the warmth of the sunshine on your face.
J and I headed to Discovery Gateway with some friends. He is in heaven when we’re there. I love that UT has so many fun things to do with your family year round. His favorite thing is to dress up in all the outfits. He likes the fireman one the best.
When we got home J took a nap and I got to work finishing all the outside lights. I originally thought there were 7, but there’s 9! Feels good to have that done. Then Josh joined me for some yard work. It’s a never ending task haha But I did find some tulip bulbs peaking through after I cleared a flower bed. I love Spring time!

I know most of you have already ran a handful of races this year, but life is finally slowing down a bit for me to think about training for a race. I really want to beat my half marathon PR of 1:51 this year. I’m on the look out for the perfect race!

dang, that’s an impressive half pr! My goal for my first half is to feel good at the end, we’ll see how that goes…. also I want to run at least 1 10k and 1 5k this year.

I’ve been eating bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon for lunch a lot lately…good superfood protein 🙂
That is my PR as well! I am trying to get to 1:45 this year! 🙂 I have been eating a lot of tuna and avocado for lunch!

I know you can beat your half marathon PR! I hope you find a good race soon! My running goal is to run my first marathon, which is just a little more than 3 weeks away! I am hoping to finish under 4 hours.
I think you will crush your PR! Long races in FL are pretty non existent during the warm months (no one wants to run 13+ miles in 90degree humid heat!) but I am already eyeing Fall races. Nothing gets me more motivated than a race on the schedule!
Your half marathon PR is INSANE girl come train me on a time like that! I think it’s all that hardcore treadmill running that you do (way harder than outside!!). And I am SO impressed with your ability to get all this house stuff done all on your own! I mean, seriously, you are amazing. Everything looks SO good!!!

Utah really does sound like it has so many fun family activities and events! J looks super happy in his fireman outfit! My running goal for this year is to break 3-hours for the marathon!
