Monday- 4 miles on treadmill + shoulder workout from NTC
Yesterday’s run was great. I was able to do a lot of thinking and just ‘work it out’ I love runs like that. I followed it with a shoulder workout that left my legs sore? Those sneaky squat lateral arm raises get me every time.
I love my spring breakfasts’ because they’re so simple and so delicious. Strawberries, low fat cottage cheese, and cinnamon. Strawberries are so good right now, I can’t get enough.
Alright, we finally watched Frozen for family night last night. The verdict: it’s a cute movie but not even close to all the hype it’s getting. J stayed up and watched the whole thing, so it’s a keeper don’t get me wrong.
We finally got to put our mantel and TV up. To the left was the hole in our wall. I just need to paint over the patch and we’re good to go!
I got new running shoes! That’s always something to be excited about in my house. Josh surprised me with them as a thank you for all the painting/work I’ve done in the new house. They are on killer deals everywhere since the 3’s came out. And of course, I love the purple!
Josh also surprised me last night with a date night. My parents watched J and we went out to Red Lobster. It was wonderful and ended with this, yes, it was as good as it looks.
