Monday- 4 miles on treadmill + abs
I’m so glad I got myself out of bed early this morning. I wanted to just curl back up in my warm covers but I knew I’d regret it if I did.
I did a .5 mile warmup
1 mile goal pace-8:34
.5 mile recovery
1 mile goal pace
.5 mile goal pace
.25 cool down
After I stretch I’ve been trying to do a few crunches. Yesterday J wanted to help motivate me, bed head and all.
It was a great quick run before I needed to be out the door. I took my MIL to a Dr. appt yesterday and got to start a new book. Anyone read it? Josh did and thought it was pretty good. It’s a quick read and I’m liking it so far.
On a random note, I’m also really liking the benefits of not eating after 8pm. I mentioned Josh and I have been doing that lately, and we both feel so much better! If I feel hungry after 8 I take a big glass of water and that’s usually what my body needed. It’s amazing what just little changes can do to your overall health.
We spent the rest of the day watching way too many Parenthood episodes with my mom, we’re addicted! Okay more me than my mom, but it’s so good. Later on, we had family night and Josh and J played lions. It’s J’s new thing that he loves and Josh and him will play forever! J gets in his ‘cage’ and asks me to pet him haha
