Tuesday- 4 miles on treadmill(easy pace) + arm definer NTC(Nike Training Club) workout
After having 2 days of rest, yesterday felt so awesome running and lifting weights again. Sometimes after I’ve had a few rest days getting back on the treadmill can be hard. Something I always like to do is break up my workout. Yesterday, I ran 1.5 miles then did 2 rounds of the NTC workout. Then I ran 2.5 more miles then did 1 more set of the NTC arm workout. By the end my arms were shaking so bad! You know it was a good workout when you’re trying to blow dry your hair and your arms and already so sore.
You like my nice farmers tan going on? I think I need to start wearing tank tops on my runs outside. . .
One of my favorite breakfast cereals is making a comeback. I love Oatmeal Squares with cut up banana. It’s the one cereal that leaves me feeling full and has quite a bit of fiber.
I headed up to my sister Leah’s house to see how my sister Bree was holding up. She’s watching all 3 of Leah’s kids(including her 1 year old) as well as Bree’s 9month old. She’s doing great! Everyone was happy=)
