Friday- 4 miles on treadmill (easy pace)
Saturday- 5 miles on treadmill incline workout (at night)
My weekend started early Friday afternoon. Josh got off work early and came home to pack for our weekend getaway to Park City. PC is a city in the mountains about 30 min from us. It’s gorgeous and such a fun weekend away(our favorite). My SIL Whitney and her husband Josh were so kind to take J over night. It’s safe to say, J had a blast! He didn’t want to come home and we got pictures like these, haha
Josh and I went out to Bankok Thai on Main in PC Friday night. It was really good and the best part was we were 1 of 4 couples in the entire restaurant! The whole weekend was like that and I loved it! If you’ve ever been to PC it’s usually packed with people so it was really nice to not have to wait for anything.
Josh got us an awesome room at Chataeux Deer Valley with a Groupon. We got fancy robes and everything, it was the perfect weekend!
Saturday we went out to lunch, and made our way over to the Outlets where we both found some great deals. We made it back home, picked up J and spent the rest of the day cleaning and prepping for Mother’s day. I made these smore’s bars with all my leftover stuff from our smore’s night.
Since I didn’t get my normal Saturday long run in up in PC I reluctantly got ready to run on the treadmill at 8pm. After indulging all weekend it wasn’t a very pleasant first couple of miles. But I kept myself entertained by doing an incline workout. It looked like this:
Sunday after church we headed to my inlaws to celebrate Mother’s Day and have dinner. I made these wreaths for my MIL and she loved them!
We also got to talk to Josh’s brother Jared who’s on an LDS mission in Singapore!(who knows what J is doing ha)
