Wednesday- 3 miles on treadmill + weights
I finally ran! After 4 days off, it was hard to get going, but as most of you know, once you start you don’t wanna stop. I actually didn’t want to stop, but I had gotten off to do weights after 3 miles and then I was going to run 3 more but J unplugged my treadmill. I took it as a sign that he wanted me to be done haha
I hope everyone had a great National Running Day yesterday and got in some miles. What better way to celebrate than to receive new running shoes in the mail!? Yes, I’m addicted.
We spent all morning/afternoon in the yard. Took 500 potty breaks but I’m just grateful he’s telling me he has to go potty before it’s too late. Watered our flowers and spent the day outside.
After J’s nap he’s always cuddly and wants to be held, I love that my toddler still loves being with his mama.
