thursday- 3 miles on TM + ‘sculpted arm’ NTC workout
I know I’ve talked about this a lot, but for any new readers…the Nike Training Club app is FREE and it’s awesome. I did the sculpted arm workout under ‘Focused’ workouts(all of those workouts are only 15 min) and it was killer. My arms and legs are feeling it. I love it when they combine the workouts and I can do lunges while doing bicep curls it burns a lot more calories.
J had preschool today(no tears from me or him, success!) so I got my car’s oil changed, car wash, bank, and got gas. I usually run all those errands with J and he’s super good about it. But I’m so grateful he doesn’t have to as much anymore and he can be doing something fun and be with friends. I just enjoyed one of his kidz cliff bars while waiting for my car, so good.
Yesterday I was craving all the sugars(no I’m not pregnant) and I did all that I could just to wait for Josh to get home. So after dinner we dove into cookie dough ice cream(my fav!) Seriously, I may need to go on a sugar detox, but not today or the next. Hello, Birthday weekend is not the weekend to cut sugar off;)
