wacky wednesday thoughts

I love a workout after a rest day. Today I’m anxious to get a run outside in this beautiful fall weather. I have not taken advantage of it so now I am!

Alright wacky wednesday thoughts, here we go!

1. J looks rather nerdy in my mom’s glasses no?

2 I have been experimenting with the straightener lately. Someone tell my right side to curl please! But seriously, my hands can not figure out how to curl that side of my hair so I go around all day looking like this…

3. Teaching preschool is awesome. What’s not awesome(and not pictured) is checking on them during play time(the last half hour they get to just play) and finding J peeing in the backyard! Yes, I may have taught him that while we were camping last week  (it’s just so much easier for boys so why not? now I know why) go ahead Josh, say “I told ya so” haha

4. Our half red half green tree in the front yard. I LOVE it!

5. Remember when Josh, his family and I traveled to Asia? I forgot my camera like 99% of the time(I don’t know how) but Whit just posted this pic on her blog and it’s my favorite. We wanted a group shot and we looked and looked for someone to take it, and finally asked this gentleman and he WOULD NOT hold the camera straight. We were all laughing so hard but it actually turned out pretty awesome.

About Sugar Plum Runner

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.
