wednesday- 3 miles on Tm + ‘sculpted arms’ NTC workout
I started my morning with a nice TM workout yesterday. I just ran by feel, and it was great. Some new music always makes me want to run, so I’m hoping to get a longer run in today:) One perk of running at home? Wearing whatever you want! I think capris should tighten around your leg, when they don’t, congrats you’re just wearing really long shorts haha Hope you like em’ and please excuse my dirty mirror lol
I followed the run with this Nike Training Club workout. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a whole workout (3 sets) and it was tough!
Later that afternoon I met up with some ladies from my neighborhood for lunch. We ate at Rumbi’s and I tried something different for the first time in forever. Bad choice. I’ll stick with my regular mango chicken salad. These tacos were so spicy and the chicken was so gross. It does look delicious though.
I finally finished the other books I was reading and now I get to devote my attention to this series. I saw the movie and now I NEED to know the rest!
We headed out last night for a late night treat, oh wait, it was only 6:30pm!! I love the mornings because they’re brighter outside, but the nights have been so rough. Anyone else feeling the effects of daylight savings?
